Refund Policy

At Excel Core Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality software development, web development, and mobile app solutions. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. However, in the event that you are not satisfied with our services, our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be granted.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be requested if there is a significant delay in the delivery of the agreed services or if the final product significantly deviates from the requirements discussed and agreed upon before the project commenced.
Refunds are not applicable if:
- The services have been completed and delivered according to the specifications agreed upon.
- The client cancels the project after work has commenced.
- The client fails to provide necessary feedback or content required to complete the project in a timely manner.
- The project is delayed due to client-related issues such as non-payment or delays in providing necessary materials or feedback.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, clients must contact our customer service team within 7 days of the delivery of the final product by emailing info@excelcoresolutions.com. Please provide the following details:
- Your order number.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- The specific reasons why you are requesting a refund.
Refund Process
After receiving a refund request, we will assess the situation and respond within 7 business days.
If the refund request is accepted, a refund will be credited via the original payment method within 14 business days.
If the refund request is denied, the client will be informed of the reasons why and may be offered a revision or additional support to resolve the issue.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be granted if work has been completed up to a certain stage but the client is dissatisfied with the results. The refund will be calculated based on the work completed and the stage of the project.
Non-Refundable Services
- Custom software development, design work, and any services rendered that have already been executed or delivered will not be eligible for refund once completed.
- Any amounts paid towards services that are non-refundable, such as setup fees, or those agreed upon in specific terms of the contract, are not subject to a refund.
Changes and Cancellations
If a client wishes to cancel the project after it has started, cancellation fees may apply based on the work completed at the time of cancellation. The refund, if applicable, will be based on the cancellation terms agreed upon during the project discussion.
Dispute Resolution
If a client and Excel Core Solutions are unable to reach an agreement regarding the refund, we will attempt to resolve the matter through communication. If the dispute persists, we may consider mediation or legal options based on the specific terms outlined in the contract.
